Fact or fiction?
Who are you, FFS?
It's not a trick question and it's important to know the correct answer. If we don't clearly grasp the true order of things, we are in danger of walking into one of the many traps the establishment lay for us. There are many examples, but here are a few: Occupier, Driver, Defendant, Owner, Parent, Person, Subject, Human. None of these descriptions are of a living man or woman.
If you are ever asked if you are any of the above and you answer in the affirmative, you have agreed to a contract and are now representing that identity. If you happen to be in a Court room or talking to a police officer, there is every chance that you have entered into a process that will end with you being fined or found guilty of breaking their rules.
So, lets remind ourselves how things are supposed to be ordered - lawfully. Remember, this has nothing whatsoever to do with religion (another subject where we have been deceived) but the Law. The Bible has been described as a book of contracts, and it is easy to forget that it contains the foundations of our Law. God is the prime creator of everything. God created man and when in court we swear to God on the Bible or Holy Text to tell the Truth. That is God's place in the Law; as the supreme authority standing above everything. Men and women are God's creations, and are sovereign, living breathing flesh and blood beings, answerable only to God and bound by God's law (do no harm and act in honour).
Now that have established where we, as men and women are in the grand order of things, we need to consider our government and where it belongs. Governments are created by men and women, in order to serve and protect everyone. The word "government" is actually derived from two old Latin words: guvernare (control) and mentis (mind) so, as with many things, we are being shown the true meaning, without it ever being explained. Why choose such a name unless the intention was to deceive? We are told that our government serves us, but the truth is that it wields huge power and control over our daily lives.
Our governments create agencies and organisations such as the police, the armed forces, the tax authorities and regulators that control many aspects of lives, such as education, food, health, travel and finance. We, the people, have little say in these matters and they continue to grow in size and power with no oversight.
Our governments also create corporations, in the form of persons and human beings. These are all legal fictions and are distinguished by being written in black capital letters. We all have a legal fiction, all caps name: MR JOHN DOE, with which your government wish to transact on a daily basis. Our governments need these fictions to allow them to function. A fiction exists only on paper; the word "corporation" is derived from the Latin: corpus (dead body) and oration (speech) so it literally means dead speech. And, of course, our government is also a corporation and owns the register of births marriages and deaths, which itself has been copyrighted. This means the NAME has become part the body of works that has been copyrighted and thus, it requires permission to be used.
The page that the NAME appears on is copyrighted, therefore, by using the LEGAL NAME, it can be assumed/presumed that you are infringing on the copyright of the birth register book. Your true name is the one your parent gave you. So how can you differentiate from the Legal Name if they both sound alike? Although you can still use your true name because it's yours, you need to be very careful about how, when and where you use it.
Everyone trying to deceive us into giving away our money, will automatically presume you are the legal name, so do not give them any information that would allow them to assume such thing. This means that you should never use full names or details that may attach you to a legal name (addresses of home/work, date of birth, etc.). Perhaps you might want to call yourself something else, as it may help to break the programming of thinking the legal name is you by calling yourself something else for a while.
