The story of the Baron David Ward Affidavit is fascinating, as it began when David Ward challenged a parking "fine" he received from Rochdale Council.  Not only did he successfully challenge the parking notice, he created an affidavit that stated that the UK government has no authority over any living man or woman.  The affidavit was served on every MP and MSP in England and Wales and remains unrebutted.  It states that all legislation is invalid because nobody has agreed to it.  The affidavit is on the public record and available to read in the link below.   

Anna von Reitz is an American lawyer who has an extensive repository of articles and information about the ongoing global fraud that the  global Deep State have created and maintain.  One theme is that a number of people have discovered where some of the world's stolen treasure is hidden, but no government is interested in receiving it on behalf of  their people because that would expose their complicity.   Much the same thing can be observed with the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) which achieved it's aims years ago but still continues to exist.

A Data Subject Access Request is a useful weapon in your arsenal when building a case against organisations that are attempting to defraud you.  They are particularly helpful when dealing with your local council.   A Data Subject Access Request, or Specific Data Subject Access Request, or Subject Access Request gives you the power to ask any company for the information it holds about you.  This may be used to create an affidavit and allows you to pursue the organisation through the county courts.  The procedure is mapped out below:

There is no law requiring anybody to pay tax of any kind.  As far as council tax is concerned, your council is under a legal obligation to prove that we are obliged to comply with any demand, as detailed in section 34(6) of The Council Tax (Administration and Enforcement) Regulations 1992.  The council is required to satisfy the courts that both the following presumptions are true:  the sum has become payable by the defendant (you) and that any obligation has not been paid.

This five-minute American YouTube video is a good introduction to the legal fiction deception that we have been subjected to.  The government consider you to be a dead entity, and that you belong to them.  (And all that time, most of us were under the impression that they were our servants).   US law is based on English, so most of this applies on this side of the Atlantic.  Other than the use of the word "human" which is also a legal fiction, this is a worthwhile use of five minutes if you are new to the concept.

This is a link to a website created by Tony McMahon, a historian.  It contains lots of information about the Knights Templar and some of the theories about them.

Whilst the historian Tony McMahon (see the Three City States page) has stated that the Knights Templar were dissolved in 1307, they do appear to be very alive, according to this speeech made by their Grand Master in May 2021.
